AIRLINE’S SMART LUXURY AFTER COVD-19

    We all had waited for almost 2 years since Covid-19 restricted our travel for business or leisure (Outing, Vacation, Staycation). We are finally happy to see the business as usual. But the sense of travel is highly changed due to long lockdown/flight ban period that changed the usual habits or way of flying to habitual of home luxury or comfort.

    To keep the conform and new expectations of flyers Airlines need to work on the SMART LUXURY experience of economy class passengers. An Airline that is Luxury in Smart way by providing less product offerings but superior quality and personalized selections, for example, it’d EITHER suggest you a special offer for an extra bag, if you prefer to fly with many OR REDUCE fare with no luggage, if you travel with carry-on luggage.

    There is a lot more to work to challenge standard conventions, goes beyond expectations and strives to redefine a new standard in international travel experience for customers with a global mindset that enhances our travel experience with

    SMART LUXURY must reach to in-Flight services. Flyers need a big change in their flying experience, like flying long flight with 5-10 hours of journey, how about having a SKYCOUCH to rest at with lesser disturbance of other in-flight services.

    How about having a Luggage Service, your luggage that can be packed by your family member, Picked by Airline’s Taxi and will reach directly to the airport without you being going to home from your office to pick up and spend time and money together. There are amazing things that Airlines can do improve for Out-Flight experience beyond limits.

    While in the same Covid-19 period the Airlines have brainstormed and have attractively developed their apps and notification system to flyers, as travelers became more habitual to have information on thumb on the mobile screen and there is nothing wrong to say they are addicted.

However, there are still many more features that Airlines need to develop in their digital mobile app notification that will be exciting to have for the future travel:

Ø  Gate Changes
